Palletisers can be supplied in a variety of different designs, depending on the product type, required speed, payload, factory space/layout etc.
A.M.P Automation Palletiser systems come in three basic types;
• Collaborative Robot (Cobot) Palletisers
For all solutions we can provide automatic Pallet delivery and removal can be done either using conveyor systems, or with AIV/AGV’s.
It is critical that safety is at the forefront of the design and build of a Palletising system. Full safety fence guarding is provided, with access doors comprising of safety switches. Operator control panels are located outside of the fenced areas.
