Our lines are produced from stainless steel and other food-safe materials, including options for IP65 rated wash-down Robots.
Products are typically taken directly from the freezer and where necessary sorted with our bespoke Feeding Systems to ensure that products are correctly presented to the Pick & Place robots. Feeding Systems
We can load naked products directly into flow-wrappers & vacuum-forming machines, or into cases, baskets or trays. They can be single or multiple products in a pack, with any number of layers being possible.
Our end of arm tooling is designed & manufactured in house, ensuring that your products are handled delicately whilst providing optimum performance. Mechanical and vacuum based picking heads are used to best suit the specific characteristics of your product.
