Service Agreements

Maintenance on your equipment is vitally important to ensure high productivity and minimal downtime. 

AMP Automation have skilled factory trained and experienced engineers able and willing to carry out preventative maintenance to help your equipment run at optimal performance.

Remote Diagnostics

If recent history has taught us anything, it is that there are times when we cannot get to site to fix the problem due to unforeseeable events. As long as the equipment is purchased with the onboard diagnostics capability, AMP has the ability to remotely log in to your equipment anywhere in the world to carry out programming and diagnostics. 

We can provide telephone and remote diagnostic agreements should you require them. The benefits are fast and efficient fault finding, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while knowing what your costs are upfront.

We have options to suit all budgets for our service offerings and are willing to discuss further should a more bespoke option be required.

On Site Service

We have skilled, experienced service engineers available for preventative maintenance, repairs, installation and commissioning of packaging and processing machines, all over the world. This can be for mechanical, electrical or plant set ups.

Integration is another major aspect that we offer, whether this is bringing together our machines with other suppliers, or if you require installation of new technology onto your current machinery.

Upgrading & Retrofitting

Looking to upgrade your current robotic line? We can help. If you have an existing automation line but the speed of the robots are not matching the potential of the rest of the line, we can replace them with new units. Alternatively, if you want to add to an existing line we can also support you with this. 

We have many years of experience with this type of work, and understand the importance of integrating current equipment with existing lines.
