A.M.P Automation Robotic Pick & Place Systems can be provided to automate the packaging of various Pharmaceutical, Medical, Cosmetic & Chemical products.
Our lines are typically used for the secondary packaging of such products, for example, the loading of bottles or cartons into outer cases. The equipment allows the manufacturer to reduce manual handling & labour costs, improve Quality Control and facilitate the complete automation of processing & packaging lines.
Our lines are produced from stainless steel and other food-safe materials, including options for IP65 wash-down rated Robots, making them ideal for the use in high-care manufacturing environments.

Our end of arm tooling is designed & manufactured in house, ensuring that your products are handled delicately whilst providing optimum performance. Mechanical and vacuum based picking heads are used to best suit the specific characteristics of your product.
A.M.P Automation systems integrate with upstream & downstream equipment such as tray de-nesters, labellers, check weighers, metal detectors etc. We can also integrate with clients’ internal systems to provide a complete end-to-end solution.
